Vibrancy Water Units ~ Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 90 money back satisfaction guarantee period for you to evaluate the quality and benefits of the water produced by our units. The 90 Day Money Back / Satisfaction Guarantee provides full refund including applicable sales tax.

The customer can return the product for refund of the purchased price and any applicable taxes, within 90 days from date of delivery. 

Refund requires a copy of the product receipt, return of the product in original condition and documents, plumbing parts and product packaging that were included in their order.

Kindly take care to prevent damage to the product and plumbing fittings when uninstalling the unit for return. Customer is to contact us for an RMA number and shipping instructions prior to returning the unit. No refund will be paid for products damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence or accident by the customer.

Conditions of Use

Products must be installed for the application for which they are manufactured, not be subjected to freezing or temperatures that exceed the stated maximum. All Vibrancy Water structuring units contain proprietary elements. Removal or tampering with these elements will interfere with their effectiveness and will void your guarantee and/or warranty. Customer is responsible for damages due to improper installation.

10 Year (Limited) Warranty

Our products are not subject to mechanical break down because they contain no moving parts. Unless physically damaged or tampered with, the products will structure water that flows through the unit. The products require no maintenance or auxiliary power to function properly. Vibrancy Water Manufacturing (VWM) warrants that each Product is free from defects in material and workmanship, when properly maintained under normal use, for a period of ten (10) years from the date of delivery to the end user. Product warranty is conditional upon the Product being used and installed according to the Manufacturer’s Product specifications and instructions. Product warranty does not apply to any Product subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence or accident by you and/or any third party(ies).

Products returned due to defect will, at VWM’s discretion, be repaired or replaced with the same product, or if discontinued, a product manufactured for the same application.
